Dr. Mariano De La Riva, a proud native of Argentina, earned his DDS in 2000 after completing a rigorous five-year program at the prestigious Dental School of La Plata. With a deep commitment to patient care, he further honed his skills with advanced training in Endodontics and Implantology.
Pursuing excellence, Dr. Mariano De La Riva later graduated from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, where he was recognized for “Excellence in Comprehensive Care” and “Excellence in Periodontics.” He managed a successful practice on Anna Maria Inland for over a decade before joining Beltran’s Periodontics team.
Dr. Mariano De La Riva’s expertise includes digital dentistry, laser therapies, and advanced procedures like bone surgeries and TMJ treatments. As a certified Fotona Laser Dentist with 15 years of CEREC experience, he also serves as a CEREC trainer in Central Florida, sharing his knowledge with peers.
Outside of work, Dr. Mariano De La Riva is a devoted husband and father of four. He enjoys sailing, boating, and spending quality time outdoors with his family and friends.

As an Orthodontic specialist, Dr. Lisa Mangiarelli is uniquely qualified to provide exceptional orthodontic care for children, adolescents and adults. She has built her practice around attention to detail, and loves creating beautiful smiles. She offers traditional orthodontic care, but especially enjoys treating complex cases involving jaw surgery as well as dental implant preparation alongside her husband, Dr. David A Beltran.
A native of Western Pennsylvania, Dr. Mangiarelli completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Westminster College and her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University Of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine where she continued to maintain Dean’s List status. She then received a certificate in Orthodontics from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
A native of Quito, Ecuador, David A. Beltran, DMD moved to Central Florida in 1993. He attended the University of South Florida with a Presidential Scholarship and a Piano Scholarship, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then attended Harvard School of Dental Medicine to obtain his Doctorate of Dental Medicine and Periodontology from Nova Southeastern University.
Dr. Beltran is a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Academy of Periodontology. He specializes in all aspects of periodontal treatment, including regenerative and cosmetic surgical procedures, the placement of dental implants and surgical removal of third molars. Sedation from the Medical College of Georgia.
Dr. Beltran’s wife is Dr. Lisa Mangiarelli, an orthodontist. They have two children and love traveling and spending time with family.
